Domestic Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

For domestic tour packages within India, bookings are initiated after receiving an initial deposit.

• Initial booking amount: 25% of total package cost at the time of reservation.
• Second installment: 50% of total package cost at least 30 days before departure.
• Remaining balance: 25% must be cleared 15 days before the travel date.
• Bookings made within 15 days of departure require 100% upfront payment.

If you cancel your domestic booking, the following cancellation charges are applicable based on the cancellation request date:

• Cancellation requested 30 days or more before departure: 10% of total package cost.
• Cancellation requested 15 to 29 days before departure: 25% of total package cost.
• Cancellation requested 7 to 14 days before departure: 50% of total package cost.
• Cancellation requested less than 7 days before departure or No Show: 100% of total package cost.

• Refunds are processed to the original mode of payment or via bank transfer.
• Processing time for refunds is typically 7 to 15 working days after supplier confirmation.
• Airline cancellation charges and hotel booking deposits are subject to their respective policies and are often non-refundable.
