International Tour Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

For international tour packages, bookings are initiated after receiving an initial deposit.

• Initial booking amount: 30% of total package cost at the time of reservation.
• Second installment: 50% of total package cost at least 45 days before departure.
• Remaining balance: 20% must be cleared 30 days before the travel date.
• Bookings made within 30 days of departure require 100% upfront payment.

If you cancel your international booking, the following cancellation charges are applicable based on the cancellation request date:

• Cancellation requested 45 days or more before departure: 15% of total package cost.
• Cancellation requested 30 to 44 days before departure: 30% of total package cost.
• Cancellation requested 15 to 29 days before departure: 60% of total package cost.
• Cancellation requested less than 15 days before departure or No Show: 100% of total package cost.

• Refunds are processed to the original mode of payment or via bank transfer.
• Processing time for refunds is typically 15 to 30 working days after supplier confirmation.
• Airline cancellation charges, visa processing fees, convenience fees, and certain hotel non-refundable bookings are subject to their respective policies.
