Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 – Arrival in Bali & Transfer to Kuta
Welcome to Bali, the beautiful Island of the Gods. Upon arrival at Ngurah Rai International Airport, complete immigration and customs formalities before proceeding to the arrival hall, where you will meet your guide/driver and receive a traditional welcome garland. You will then be transferred privately to your hotel in Kuta for check-in and relaxation. The remainder of the day is free for you to unwind after your journey or explore the surroundings at your own pace. Day 2 – Tanjung Benoa Watersports & Uluwatu Temple Tour
After breakfast at the hotel, begin your exciting Bali adventure with a morning pickup at around 9:30 AM. Proceed to Tanjung Benoa, one of Bali's popular destinations for marine recreational activities, where you can enjoy the included watersports experience featuring one Banana Boat ride, one Jet Ski ride, and one Parasailing session. Later, continue to the magnificent Uluwatu Temple, dramatically positioned on a cliff overlooking the ocean and known for its spectacular coastal surroundings. Day 3 – Nusa Penida Island Adventure
Start the day early with breakfast at the hotel or a convenient breakfast box before departing around 6:00–6:30 AM for Matahari Terbit Harbor in Sanur. After completing the fast-boat check-in, board the boat at approximately 7:15 AM for a scenic journey of around 45 minutes to Nusa Penida. Upon arrival, meet your driver-guide and begin exploring the spectacular West Nusa Penida region. Discover famous attractions including Kelingking Beach, Angel Billabong, Broken Beach, and Crystal Bay, with snorkeling included as part of the experience. Enjoy an Indonesian set-menu lunch at a local restaurant before returning to the harbor for your fast boat back to Bali. Day 4 – Kintamani Highlands & Ubud Tour
After breakfast, depart around 9:00 AM for a full-day exploration of Bali's scenic highlands and cultural heartland. Travel to the Kintamani Highlands, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the majestic Mount Batur and Lake Batur. Continue towards Tegalalang, known for its beautiful rice terraces, and enjoy the included coffee plantation and swing activity. Later, proceed to Ubud, Bali's renowned center of art, culture, and traditional craftsmanship. Explore Ubud Palace and Ubud Market, where you can experience the local atmosphere and browse traditional products and souvenirs. Day 5 – Bali Departure
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and prepare for your onward journey. Before leaving, settle any hotel extras such as drinks, laundry, telephone charges, or other personal expenses and ensure that all your belongings and travel documents are safely packed. Your guide/driver will pick you up and transfer you to the airport for your flight home or onward destination. FIT / Individual Bookings
- Full flight fare must be paid at the time of booking confirmation.
- 50% of the land package cost must be paid in advance to confirm the booking.
- Remaining 50% balance payment must be cleared at least 30 days prior to departure.
Group Departures
- For all group tour departures, full payment must be completed 45 days prior to departure date.
- Bookings will be confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment.
Bookings are subject to availability of flights, hotels, visas, and other travel services.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or official communication.
Flight Cancellation Policy
- International flight tickets are completely non-refundable once booked.
- Group flight bookings are also non-refundable.
- Date changes or postponements may be considered only as per airline rules and subject to:
- Seat availability
- Airline approval
- Applicable airline rescheduling charges and fare differences
Land Package Cancellation Charges
The following cancellation charges will apply on the land portion of the package:

Refund Policy
- Eligible refunds, if any, will be processed within 15–30 working days from the date of cancellation approval.
- Refunds will be processed only after receiving confirmation from airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other service partners.
- Convenience fees, visa charges, insurance charges, forex charges, and service fees are non-refundable.
- Any refund against unused services during the tour will not be entertained.
- In case of visa rejection, cancellation charges applicable on booked services will still apply.
Important Terms & Conditions
- Passport validity must be minimum 6 months from the date of travel.
- Travelers are responsible for providing accurate documents for visa and travel processing.
- Tour cost may change due to currency fluctuation, airline fare revision, tax changes, or government regulations.
- The company shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, natural calamities, political disturbances, airline disruptions, or any circumstances beyond control.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all international travel.
No Show Policy
Failure to report for the tour, flights, transfers, hotel stay, or any booked service without prior written cancellation shall be treated as a No Show, and no refund shall be applicable under any circumstances.
