Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 – Bagdogra to Phuentsholing
Arrive at Bagdogra Airport where you will receive a warm welcome from the representative. Begin your scenic drive towards Phuentsholing through beautiful tea gardens, river valleys, and the foothills of Bhutan. If time permits, visit the peaceful Zangto Pelri Lhakhang temple before checking into the hotel for an overnight stay in Phuentsholing.
Day 2 – Phuentsholing to Thimphu
After breakfast and immigration formalities, continue your scenic journey towards Thimphu, the capital city of Bhutan. Drive through beautiful forests, waterfalls, winding mountain roads, and picturesque landscapes. Stop at the famous Chuzom viewpoint where two rivers meet before arriving in Thimphu. Spend the evening exploring local markets and enjoy an overnight stay in Thimphu.
Day 3 – Thimphu Sightseeing Tour
Today, enjoy a full-day sightseeing tour of Thimphu. Visit the sacred Memorial Chorten, the giant Buddha Dordenma statue overlooking the valley, and the famous Motithang Takin Preserve, home to Bhutan’s national animal. Optional Wangditse hike and visits to local weekend markets offer a deeper cultural experience. Overnight stay in Thimphu.
Day 4 – Thimphu to Paro
After breakfast, proceed towards the beautiful valley town of Paro. Visit the historic Paro Dzong and Ta Dzong National Museum showcasing Bhutanese heritage, art, and history. Enjoy breathtaking views from the Paro Airport Viewpoint, one of the world’s most scenic airports. Explore local markets and traditional Bhutanese shops before your overnight stay in Paro.
Day 5 – Tiger’s Nest Monastery Hike
After breakfast, begin the unforgettable hike to Taktsang Monastery, famously known as Tiger’s Nest Monastery. Perched dramatically on a cliffside, this iconic Bhutan landmark offers breathtaking views and spiritual surroundings. After the hike, enjoy a traditional Bhutanese farmhouse visit and interact with locals to experience Bhutanese culture and hospitality. Overnight stay in Paro.
Day 6 – Paro to Phuentsholing

Day 7 – Departure from Bhutan

To confirm your international tour booking with SBIT Travels Pvt Ltd, the following payment terms shall apply:

To confirm your international tour booking with SBIT Travels Pvt Ltd, the following payment terms shall apply:
FIT / Individual Bookings
- Full flight fare must be paid at the time of booking confirmation.
- 50% of the land package cost must be paid in advance to confirm the booking.
- Remaining 50% balance payment must be cleared at least 30 days prior to departure.
Group Departures
- For all group tour departures, full payment must be completed 45 days prior to departure date.
- Bookings will be confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment.
Bookings are subject to availability of flights, hotels, visas, and other travel services.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or official communication.
Flight Cancellation Policy
- International flight tickets are completely non-refundable once booked.
- Group flight bookings are also non-refundable.
- Date changes or postponements may be considered only as per airline rules and subject to:
- Seat availability
- Airline approval
- Applicable airline rescheduling charges and fare differences
Land Package Cancellation Charges
The following cancellation charges will apply on the land portion of the package:

Refund Policy
- Eligible refunds, if any, will be processed within 15–30 working days from the date of cancellation approval.
- Refunds will be processed only after receiving confirmation from airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other service partners.
- Convenience fees, visa charges, insurance charges, forex charges, and service fees are non-refundable.
- Any refund against unused services during the tour will not be entertained.
- In case of visa rejection, cancellation charges applicable on booked services will still apply.
Important Terms & Conditions
- Passport validity must be minimum 6 months from the date of travel.
- Travelers are responsible for providing accurate documents for visa and travel processing.
- Tour cost may change due to currency fluctuation, airline fare revision, tax changes, or government regulations.
- The company shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, natural calamities, political disturbances, airline disruptions, or any circumstances beyond control.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all international travel.
No Show Policy
Failure to report for the tour, flights, transfers, hotel stay, or any booked service without prior written cancellation shall be treated as a No Show, and no refund shall be applicable under any circumstances.
