Day 1 – Arrival in Siem Reap & Floating Village Tour
Arrive in Siem Reap, the cultural heart of Cambodia, where you will receive a warm welcome from the local guide. Begin your Cambodia adventure with a scenic boat trip on Tonle Sap Lake, Southeast Asia’s largest freshwater lake. Visit the fascinating Kompong Phluk Floating Village and witness traditional Cambodian lake life with floating houses, fishing communities, and flooded forests. Overnight stay in Siem Reap.
Day 2 – Angkor Thom & Angkor Wat Exploration
After breakfast, enjoy a full-day temple exploration tour covering Cambodia’s most iconic historical attractions. Visit the magnificent Angkor Thom, the ancient capital of the Khmer Empire, and explore famous landmarks including Bayon Temple with its giant smiling stone faces, Baphuon Temple, Terrace of the Elephants, and Phimeanakas Temple. FIT / Individual Bookings
- Full flight fare must be paid at the time of booking confirmation.
- 50% of the land package cost must be paid in advance to confirm the booking.
- Remaining 50% balance payment must be cleared at least 30 days prior to departure.
Group Departures
- For all group tour departures, full payment must be completed 45 days prior to departure date.
- Bookings will be confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment.
Bookings are subject to availability of flights, hotels, visas, and other travel services.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or official communication.
Flight Cancellation Policy
- International flight tickets are completely non-refundable once booked.
- Group flight bookings are also non-refundable.
- Date changes or postponements may be considered only as per airline rules and subject to:
- Seat availability
- Airline approval
- Applicable airline rescheduling charges and fare differences
Land Package Cancellation Charges
The following cancellation charges will apply on the land portion of the package:

Refund Policy
- Eligible refunds, if any, will be processed within 15–30 working days from the date of cancellation approval.
- Refunds will be processed only after receiving confirmation from airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other service partners.
- Convenience fees, visa charges, insurance charges, forex charges, and service fees are non-refundable.
- Any refund against unused services during the tour will not be entertained.
- In case of visa rejection, cancellation charges applicable on booked services will still apply.
Important Terms & Conditions
- Passport validity must be minimum 6 months from the date of travel.
- Travelers are responsible for providing accurate documents for visa and travel processing.
- Tour cost may change due to currency fluctuation, airline fare revision, tax changes, or government regulations.
- The company shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, natural calamities, political disturbances, airline disruptions, or any circumstances beyond control.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all international travel.
No Show Policy
Failure to report for the tour, flights, transfers, hotel stay, or any booked service without prior written cancellation shall be treated as a No Show, and no refund shall be applicable under any circumstances.
