Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 – Arrival in Srinagar | Houseboat Stay & Shikara Ride
Welcome to Srinagar, the paradise of Kashmir surrounded by snow-covered mountains and beautiful lakes. Upon arrival at Srinagar Airport, meet the representative and transfer to your traditional houseboat stay. Enjoy a peaceful 1-hour Shikara Ride on the famous Dal Lake near Nehru Park while admiring the breathtaking mountain scenery and floating markets. Later, explore the famous Mughal Gardens including Cheshma Shahi, Nishat Garden, and Shalimar Garden along with the historic Shankaracharya Temple. Visit local handicraft showrooms known for Kashmiri carpets, shawls, and jewelry before returning for your overnight stay in the houseboat.
Day 2 – Sonmarg Excursion
After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Sonmarg, popularly known as the “Meadow of Gold.” Located at an altitude of around 9,000 feet, Sonmarg is famous for its scenic valleys, flower-covered meadows, glaciers, and majestic Himalayan mountains. Enjoy the breathtaking natural beauty of the Sindh Valley and explore the picturesque surroundings. Guests can also enjoy optional pony rides to the famous Thajiwas Glacier during the summer season. Day 3 – Gulmarg Day Trip

Day 4 – Srinagar to Pahalgam

Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please read the booking, payment, cancellation, and refund terms carefully before confirming your tour booking with SBIT TRAVELS PVT LTD.
1. Booking & Payment Policy
- To confirm the booking, the following advance payment is mandatory:
- 100% Flight Fare to be paid at the time of booking.
- 50% of Land Package Cost to be paid at the time of booking confirmation.
- The remaining 50% balance payment for the land package must be cleared 20 days prior to departure.
- For Group Departures / Fixed Group Tours, full package payment must be completed 25 days before the journey date.
- Bookings will be confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
- Rates are subject to availability of flights, hotels, and transport at the time of confirmation.
2. Flight Cancellation Policy
- Flight tickets are subject to airline cancellation rules and fare conditions.
- In case of cancellation:
- A minimum cancellation charge of ₹4,500/- per person, per sector will be applicable.
- The cancellation amount may increase depending on airline policies, fare category, time of cancellation, and airline penalties.
- Group Flight Bookings are generally non-refundable.
- Date change/rescheduling may be possible subject to airline approval and applicable fare difference/change charges.
3. Land Package Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges for hotels, transport, sightseeing, and other land arrangements will be applicable as follows:

4. Refund Policy
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after receiving confirmation from airlines, hotels, and other service providers.
- Refund processing may take 15-30 working days depending on banking and supplier timelines.
- Convenience charges, service charges, insurance, and non-refundable components will not be refunded.
- Any refund will be made only to the original payment source/account.
5. Amendment & Rescheduling
- Any changes in travel date, passenger name, hotel, or itinerary will be subject to availability and additional charges.
- Rescheduling requests must be made in writing and are subject to supplier approval.
6. No Show Policy
- Failure to report for the tour, flight, hotel stay, or transfer services on time will be treated as a No Show.
- No refund will be applicable for unused services or no-show cases.
7. Important Notes
- Passengers must carry valid government-approved ID proof during travel.
- Tour schedules may change due to weather conditions, operational issues, airline changes, or unforeseen circumstances.
- The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary for operational convenience and passenger safety.
- The company shall not be held responsible for cancellations due to natural calamities, and all related costs shall be borne by the travellers.
